with the Beaumont Police Officers Association.
The current Labor Agreement between the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Police
Officers Association expires September 30, 2014.
A proposed four -year agreement is recommended and would provide the following:
• A 2.5% wage increase effective upon execution of a new agreement, on or after
October 1, 2014.
• A 2% wage increase effective October 1, 2015; a 2.5% increase effective October
1, 2016; and a 2% increase effective October 1, 2017.
• The starting salary for a Grade I Police Officer would increase from $50,160 to
