BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept grant funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services
(DSHS)for the benefit of the Beaumont Public Health Department's Women, Infants and
Children (WIC) Division in the amount of $373,856 effective October 1, 2013 through
March 31 , 2014.
