BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the renewal of an annual support agreement for
the ShoreTel phone systems from Creative Switching Designs, Inc.,of Houston,Texas,the
sole source having exclusive rights to maintain the ShoreTel infrastructure, in the amount
of $66,649.60 for use by all City departments.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
August, 2013.
