ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FISCAL BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2012 TO APPROPRIATE
ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES IN THE HENRY
HOMBERG GOLF COURSE FUND; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
THAT the Fiscal Budget of the City of Beaumont for the period commencing October 1,
2011 through September 30, 2012, be and the same is hereby amended to appropriate
additional expenditures and revenues in the Henry Homberg Golf Course Fund as shown
below:

Section 2.
That if any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or the
application of same to a particular set of persons or circumstances should for any reason
be held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance
and, to such end, the various portions and provisions of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
Section 3.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed to the

THAT The Beaumont Independent School District, a
-municipal corporation domiciled in Jefferson County, Texas
acting herein by and through the President of its Board of
Trustees heretofore duly authorized, for and in, considera-

Lion of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and
valuable consideration to it in hand paid by The City of
Beaumont, a municipal corporation domiciled in,Jefferson
County, Texas, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and
confessed, have GRANTED and CONVEYED, and by these presents
do GRANT and CONVEY unto the said The City of Ieaumont, its
successors and assigns, an easement for sewer purposes only,
across. property owned by it and situated in Jefferson County,
Texas, more particularly described as follows, to wit:
All that certain easement being ten (10)
feet wide, five (5) feet on each side of
the existing 24" combination sewer line
now existing (to be used as centerline
for easement ) on Tract 1 and Tract 8
Wartin School ,ff2) as shown on the Acre-
age Plat D-2 filed in the City Tax office
of the City of Beaumont, Texas, said Tracts
being in the A. Williams League, easement
to be ten (10) feet wide five (5) feet on each
side of the hereinafter described centerline;
Beginning at a point in the East line of Tract

easement, it being intended to convey an ease-

side of the above described centerline.
TO HAVE At,@ TO HOLD the same perpetually unto the
City of Beaumont and its successors, together with the right

and privilege at any and all times to enter said premises or
any part thereof for the purpose of construction, reconstruct-
ing and maintaining said sewer and for making connections
