BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve the purchase of 950
MTS Seating banquet chairs from Ace Mart, of San Antonio, Texas, in the amount of
$109,352.15 through the Texas Multiple Award Schedule(TXMAS)contract for use in the
Downtown Event Center.
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with
Ace Mart, of San Antonio, Texas, for the purposes described herein.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of July,
2011.
