BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of a
used tractor-loader-backhoe from Landmark Equipment Co., of Irving, Texas, in the
amount of $69,895 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Cooperative
Purchasing Program for use by the Streets and Drainage Division.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 31st day of
August, 2010.
