BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of two
(2) sports utility vehicles and one (1)crew cab pickup from Caldwell Country Chevrolet of
Caldwell, Texas, in the amount of$73,492.57 through the State of Texas Multiple Awards
Schedule Contracts for use by the Southeast Texas Auto Theft Task Force.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 27th day of April,
2010.
