BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an interlocal
agreement with the Texas General Land Office in the estimated annual amount of
$237,000 for natural gas supply for use by the Beaumont Transit System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
September, 2009.
