BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposed FY 2010 Budget for the City of Beaumont be and it is hereby received.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing to considerthe proposed FY 2010
Budget for the City of Beaumont shall be held August 25, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. in the Beaumont
Civic Center, located at 701 Main Street, Beaumont, Texas. All appropriate notices of this
public hearing are to be given as required by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of August,
2009.
