RESOLUTION NO. 09-145 WHEREAS, the following property owners have each conveyed water line easements, as described below and in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto, for the purpose of providing mandatory access to the water lines and fire hydrants for All Saints Episcopal School property and allowing for the construction, alteration, operation and maintenance of the said water lines and appurtenances: 1. Ten foot (10 `) wide Water Line Easement across Sandelwood Drive (private) out of Sandelwood Trails Addition [East of#5 Sandelwood] Owner: Sandelwood Trail Homeowners Association; 2. Ten foot (10 `) wide Water Line Easement out of Block 4, French Subdivision - [4108 Delaware] Owner: All Saints Episcopal School; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT said easements conveyed by the above-named property owners be and the same are hereby, in all things, accepted.
