BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the release by Capital One Bank of the following
security which is held as collateral at the Federal Reserve Bank, effective March 26, 2009:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the pledge by Capital
One Bank of the following security as collateral which will be held at the Federal Reserve
Bank, effective March 26, 2009:
