WHEREAS, Mark Douglas Walker, Pam Walker, Roger Scott Walker, David Clifton
Walker, Elizabeth Walker and Rosedale Ventures, L.P., have agreed to convey a twenty
foot (20') wide sanitary sewer easement located out of Tract 61-F, City Plat RS-5, of the
D. Easley Survey, Abstract 20, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as described
in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
purposes, for the purpose of providing access for sanitary sewer services to property
located along the bandoned portion of Chinn Lane between Major Drive and Walker Road
and allowing for the construction, alteration, operation and maintenance of said sanitary
sewer line and appurtenances; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement conveyed by Mark Douglas Walker, Pam Walker, Roger Scott Walker,
David Clifton Walker, Elizabeth Walker and Rosedale Ventures, L.P., be and the same is
hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 9'h day of
December, 2008.
