BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT an undeveloped portion of 91h Street between Corley and Roberts Streets, being a 60'x 162'portion of 9th Street, beginning at the northeast corner of Block 28, College Acres Extension and extending in a southerly direction a distance of 162', City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.22 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.
