WHEREAS, New Light Church World Outreach and Worship Centers, Inc., has
offered to convey a ten-foot (10')wide Water Line Easement located at 3780 Crow Road
at Folsom, being a 0.0638 acre tract of land out of the Frederick Bigner Survey, as
described in Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit"B,"attached hereto,to the City of Beaumont
for the purpose of providing access for fire prevention services; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement conveyed by New Light Church World Outreach and Worship Centers,
Inc., as described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B," be and the same is hereby, in
all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of
June, 2008.

Fieldnotes for a 10 foot water line easement containing 0.0638 acre of land out of the Frederick
Bigner Survey,Abstract No.1,in Beaumont,Jefferson County,Texas and being out of and a part of
that certain 7388 acre tract of land conveyed to New Light Church World Outreach and Worship
Center,Inc. as described in deed recorded under County Clerk's File No.2007009170 of the Real
Property Records of Jefferson County,said 0.0638 acre tract of land being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at a 518 inch steel rod in the East line of Crow Road at its intersection with the North
line of Folsom Road,said nnint hnina the Southwest,,,,r��
Thence,North 01'20'15"West,300.47 feet with the East line of said Crow Road and the West line of
the said 7.388 acre tract to a%2 inch steel rod at an angle point;
Thence,continuing with the East line of said Crow Road and with the West line of the said 7.388 acre
tract,North 01*17'00"West,116.70 feet to the Southwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING for
the herein described tract of land;
Thence,continuing with the East line of said Crow Road and with the West line of the said 7.388 acre
North 01*1710011 West,10-00 feet to the Northwest corner of the herein described tract;
Thence,North 88 143'00"East,267.9 feet to the Northeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence,South 01117'00"East,20.0 feet to the Southeast corner of the herein described tract;
Thence,South 88°43100"West,10.0 feet to an outside ell corner to the right;
Thence,North 01117'00"West 10.0 feet to an inside ell corner to the left;
Thence,South 88 043'00"West,257.9 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.0638
