WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one (1) wastewater chopper
pump for use at the Wall Street lift station; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Hahn Equipment
Co., Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of$16,964 should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Hahn Equipment Co., Inc., Houston, Texas, in the amount of
$16,964 for the purchase of one (1) wastewater chopper pump for use at the Wall Street
lift station be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
