HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 08-057 RESOLUTION NO. 08-057 WHEREAS, LST Capital, LLC, has offered to convey an exclusive ten-foot (10') wide water line easement across the Southern Fasteners site located at 7428 College, being a ten foot (10) wide exclusive water line easement, (0.0028 acre tract of land) out of Lot 4, Block 4 of the Dishman Addition, Jefferson County, Texas, to the City of Beaumont as described in Exhibit"A" and shown on Exhibit"B"attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes for the purpose of providing access for fire prevention services; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the easement conveyed by LST Capital, LLC, be and the same is hereby, in all things, accepted.
