HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 07-289 RESOLUTION NO 07_289 WHEREAS, Phelan Investments has offered to convey to the City of Beaumont two(2) twenty foot (20') wide Drainage Easements as shown below and described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto, to serve the 42.227 acre subdivision to be known as the Vision Village Subdivision: 1. 20' x 55' easement (0.0248 acre) out of C. Williams Survey Parallel to Major Drive Owners: Phelan Investments 2. 20' x 110' easement (0.0497 acre) out of Lots 28 and 29, Block 4 Willow Creek One, Section 3 off Bonney Briar Place Owners: Phelan Investments and; WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and that sarne should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the easements conveyed by Phelan Investments as referenced above and described in E=xhibit'A,"and shown on Exhibit"B"be and the same are hereby, in all things, accepted.
