Home My WebLink AboutRES 07-280 RESOLUTION NO. 07-280 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to deed surplus properties located on Grand Avenue as described in Exhibit "A" and shown on Exhibit "B" to Habitat For Humanity ("Habitat') for the development of affordable housing for low/moderate income families.
