RECOMMENDATION Administration recommends authorization to execute the License to Encroach. BACKGROUND Raymond L. and Jo Theresa Audilet, owners of the property at 6870 Glen Willow Drive, have submitted an application for a License to Encroach for a pool and garage encroaching onto the utility easement at that location. An in ground swimming pool is encroaching 7 feet for a distance of 18 feet and a brick garage is encroaching 3.3 feet for a distance of 11 feet into the City's twenty(20) foot utility easement across the rear of said lot[Lot 12,Block 14,Dowlen West Unit XVII Addition]. The License to Encroach protects the City from liability and provides a thirty(30) day cancellation clause.
