WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a herbicide spray truck body for
use by the Parks Division; and,
WHEREAS, Cibolo Sprayers, Inc., Brady, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$58,889.20; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cibolo Sprayers,
Inc., Brady, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $58,889.20 submitted by Cibolo Sprayers, Inc., Brady,
Texas, for the purchase of a herbicide spray truck body for use by the Parks Division be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of July,
2007.
