BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of sixty-three (63) Protech Titan
Molle Ballistic Vests and accessories from GT Distributors, Austin, Texas, through the
Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative's BuyBoard in the unit amounts shown
below at a total cost of$133,483.50:
