HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 06-262 RESOLUTION NO. 06-262 WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract forthe purchase of couplings, brass fittings, plastic tubing and other water-related materials for use by the Water Utilities Department; and, WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Pipe, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid for an estimated total annual expenditure of$474,405.25 in the unit amounts shown on attached Exhibit "A"; and, WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the bid submitted by Golden Triangle Pipe, Beaumont, Texas, for the purchase of couplings, brass fittings, plastic tubing and other water-related materials for use by the Water Utilities Department in the estimated total annual expenditure of$474,405.25 in the unit amounts shown on attached Exhibit "A" be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
