BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a job order contract with
Jamail Construction of Houston, Texas through the Texas Association of School Boards
(TASB) Buyboard cooperative purchasing program for repairs, renovations or alterations
of various City facilities damaged by Hurricane Rita.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of July,
2006.
