WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the acquisition of land for the
Phelan Boulevard Widening Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" attached
hereto for the Phelan Boulevard Widening Project, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Tract 4: 0.0964 acre out of the A. Houston League, Abstract 33
[fee simple estate]
(Phelan Boulevard near Keith Road)

Total Appraised Value: $2,000
Tract 2: 0.3213 acre out of the A. Houston League, Abstract 33 [fee simple

Texas bears North 87°13'14" East 566.70 feet (called East);
