WHEREAS,an agreement has been negotiated forthe acquisition of right-of-
way for the Phelan Boulevard Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following land as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto for the
Phelan Boulevard Project, be and the same is hereby, approved:
Tract 5: 0.0084 acre out of the A. Houston
League, Abstract 33 (Phelan Boulevard
near Keith Road)
Appraiser: Bishop Real Estate Appraisers, Inc.
Total Appraised Value: $1,600
Owner: Alfred B. Long
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23'day of May,
