WHEREAS, Golden Triangle Church on the Rock has conveyed a fifteen-foot (15')
Water Line Easement, as described on Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto, to the City
of Beaumont for the purpose of providing access for fire prevention services; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and is of
the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and that
same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement conveyed by Golden Triangle Church on the Rock as described on
Exhibits "A" and "B" be and the same is hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
January, 2006.

BEING a 1.5.00 feet wide casement for Firewater purposes to the City of Beaumont,
Jefferson County, Texas, said 15.00 feet wide easement being located in that certain
12.63 acre tract out of the Pelham Humphries Survey, Abstract 32, conveyed to Golden
Triangle Church on the Rock as recorded.in Film Code 104-85-2200 of the Real Property
Records of Jefferson County, Texas; said 15.00 feet wide easement being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a 1" iron; pipe found in the Southwest l,iue of State
Highway 347 for the Southeast corner of the said 12.63 acre tract;
THENCE North 48'01,'10" West (reference bearing) along the said
Southwest line of State Highway 347, a distance of 125.40 feet to a point
for corner located in the Southwest line of State Highway 347 for the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described casement;
THENCE South 48 119'02" West, 15-00 feet from and parallel to an
existing concrete drive, a distance of 47.89 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South 47511511' West, continuing 15.00 feet from and parallel
to said concrete drive, a distance of 411.29 feet to a point.for corner;
THENCE North 40 122'09" West, a distance of 14.52 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE North 45 055'46" East, along said concrete drive, a distance of
14.57 feet to a point;

346.40 feet to a point for corjaer;
THENCE North 48 019'02" East, continuing along said concrete drive, a
distance of 46.22 feet to a point for corner; .
THENCE South 48 001'10" East, along the Southwesterly line of State
Highway 347, a distance of 15.09'feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.16 acres of land,more or less.
This description and the accompanying plat were prepared from a Laud
Title Survey performed under the supervision of Richard F. Faust, P.E.,
Registered Professional,Land Surveyor No.4782 on November 8,2004.
