HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 05-263 RESOLUTION NO. 05-263 WHEREAS, on November 1, 2005, City Council adopted Resolution No. 05-223 authorizing the acceptance of two (2) water line easements from Antioch Missionary Baptist Church at 3920 Cardinal Drive; and, WHEREAS, the property description attached to Resolution No. 05-223 was incorrect; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT Resolution No. 05-223 be and the same is hereby amended to void the easements accepted November 1, 2005. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Water Line Easements in Exhibits "A-2"and "B," attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, are authorized to be accepted.
