BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with National Fire
Adjustment Co., Inc. (NFA) of Amherst, New York, to provide public adjusting services to
the City for insured losses associated with the Hurricane Rita disaster. The fee is six (6)
per cent of the recovered loss.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
November, 2005.
