WHEREAS,Antioch Missionary Baptist Church has conveyed two (2)ten (10')foot
wide Water Line Easements, as described on Exhibits"A"and "B"attached hereto, for the
purpose of providing access for fire prevention services:
• 3920 Cardinal Drive
(Out of Blocks 14 and 15, M. C. Cartwright Subdivision)
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easements conveyed by Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, as described on
Exhibits "A" and "B," be and the same is hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
June, 2005.
