P., a Texas limited partnership, has conveyed a ten-foot (10') Water Line Easement, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the purpose of providing access for fire prevention services for a proposed Convenience Store and R. V. Park facility located at 6290 Highway 347 (a.k.a. Twin City Highway): • P. Humphrey Survey, Abstract 32 and, WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the easement conveyed by Tri City Property Investments L. P., a Texas limited partnership, as described on Exhibit"A,"be and the same is hereby, in all things,accepted. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of June, 2005.
