WHEREAS, 650 IH 10 L. P., a Texas limited partnership, has conveyed a ten-foot
(10')Water Line Easement, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the purpose
of providing access for fire prevention services:
• Tract 70, City Plat C-5, David Brown Survey, Abstract 5
and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyances and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyances is necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easement conveyed by 650 IH 10 L. P., a Texas limited partnership, as
described on Exhibit 'A" be and the same is hereby, in all things, accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
June, 2005.
