WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for mowing city-owned and
abandoned developed and vacant property; and,
WHEREAS,Yardboy Lawncare, Beaumont,Texas,submitted a bid in the unit prices
as shown below:

and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Yardboy
Lawncare , Beaumont, Texas should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the unit prices as shown above submitted by Yardboy Lawncare,
Beaumont, Texas, for an annual contract for mowing city-owned and abandoned
developed and vacant property be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
March, 2005.
