HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 05-024 RESOLUTION NO. 05-024 WHEREAS, the following property owners have conveyed three (3) general utility easements and three (3) exclusive water line easements in the area of Fourteenth Street and Harrison Avenue, as shown below and as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto: 1. General Utility Easement- 10 foot wide easement being 0.0235 acres Owner: Christus Health Southeast Texas 2. Water Line Easement - 2 - 10 foot wide exclusive water line easements - each 0.0235 acres Owner: Christus Health Southeast Texas 3. General Utility Easement - 10 foot wide easement being 0.0826 acres Owner: Sam C. Parigi, Jr., Trustee 4. Water Line Easement- 10 foot wide exclusive waterline easement being 0.2522 acres Owner: Sam C. Parigi, Jr., Trustee 5. General Utility Easement- 10 foot wide easement being 0.0640 acres Owner: HSWB Realty, Ltd. 6. Water Line Easement - 2 - 10 foot wide exclusive water line easement - each 0.0640 acres Owner: HSWB Realty, Ltd. and, WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easements and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easements of property is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the easements to said tracts of land tendered by the above referenced property owners be and the same are hereby in all things accepted.
