BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT a sixty foot (60') right-of-way from Fannin Street Ditch south for 311.42' in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as described in Exhibit"A"and shown on Exhibit"B" attached hereto, is hereby abandoned. Lord - . 0 s iz ��+,01 W ' 4 s LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR ORDINANCES PURPOSES That certain 0.3672 acre tract out of the David Brown Survey, Abstract 5, Jefferson County, Texas, said 0.3672 acres being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Note: The Basis of Bearings is the west line of a called 5.631 acre tract conveyed to 650 IH 10 LP as recorded in Clerks File No. 2001035222 of the Official Public Records of Real Property of Jefferson County, Texas having been called South 15 038'00" East 311.48 feet. BEGINNING at a concrete monument found for the northwest corner of a tract conveyed to John M.
