Question : Ayes : All Nayes : None -000- Ordinance No. 79-33 setting May 1 , 1979, as the date for a public hearing on the new rate schedule proposed by Entex, Inc . , suspending the rate schedule for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from May 12 to September 9, 1979, and authorizing the employment of consultants , Touche Ross , to study the proposed rate schedule , was considered : ORDINANCE NO. 79-33 ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE SUSPENDING THE OPERATION OF PROPOSED RATE SCHEDULES OF ENTEX, INC. ; CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON; AUTHORIZING EMPLOYMENT AND PAYMENT OF CONSULTANTS ; ASSESSING THE EXPENSES OF THIS PROCEEDING AGAINST ENTEX, INC. ; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY. Re-inspection of these proper"ies have revealed non-compliance with the Council ' s orders.
