Question : Ayes : All Nayes : None February 27, 1979 Resolution 79-78 accepting the bid of John Bankston Construction and Equip- ment Rental , Inc . for the construction of a 2411 water line along the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way in Hardin County to connect Well #3 with ex- isting Well #2 .at a cost of $245, 259. 50 was approved on a motion made by Councilwoman McGinnis and seconded by Councilman Evans . Question : Ayes : All Nayes : None -000- Resolution 79-79 accepting the bid of Instrumentation Specialties Company for furnishing composite and automatic samplers for the Water Reclamation Division at a cost of $3 , 080. 00 was approved on a motion made by Council- man Evans and seconded by Councilman Combs .
