The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilman Cash. -000- The Minutes of the regular City Council session held June 29 , 1976 , were ap- proved on a motion made by Councilman Evans and seconded by Councilman Cash. Friday) ORDINANCE NO. 76-75 ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDON- ING A PORTION OF PRUTZMAN ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED IN THE 6400 BLOCK OF PRUTZMAN ROAD BETWEEN CALDER AVENUE AND DOWLEN ROAD TO THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT A GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT IS RETAINED, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. Sherlock for property (10,200 square feet - N 50 ' Lot 177 and all Lot 178, Block 38 , Original Townsite of Beau- mont - market value $28 ,000) needed in conjunction with the Pearl-Orleans Con- nector (071-74-151) was approved on a motion made by Councilman Cash and secon- ded by Councilwoman McGinnis. Bullock League (extension of Sarah Street) was approved on a motion made by Councilwoman Mc- Ginnis and seconded by Councilman Evans.
