BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a one(1)year customer
support agreement with Motorola, Inc. in the amount of$32,259 for the 800 MHz Trunked
Communication System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 14th day of
December, 2004.
