BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest in the total amount of$1,185.84 on the tax accounts listed
on Exhibit "A" be and they are hereby waived pursuant to Section 33.011 of the Texas
Property Code as each taxpayer's failure to pay was caused by a billing error or similar
mistake.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
October, 2004.
