BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount of
$25,032.28 to International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), Inc. for the renewal of
an annual maintenance agreement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
September, 2004.
