NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a Special Warranty
Deed for the sale of above-described properties for a total amount of $115,537.83 as
shown.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 24th day of
August, 2004.
