BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont hereby recognizes and adopts the National
Incident Management System (NIMS)as the recognized incident management system for
the City of Beaumont for all public safety agencies during any emergency operation.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 24th day of
August, 2004.
