HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 04-165 RESOLUTION NO. 04-165 WHEREAS, Ingraham Family Limited Partnership has conveyed a ten(10)footwide General Utility Easement for fire prevention services, said easement being a 0.0860 acre tract out of Block 18 of the Treadwell and Hansen Subdivision, Jefferson County, Texas, located off State Highway 124 [Fannett Road] and adjacent to an existing ten foot (10') sanitary sewer easement, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and, WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easement and is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easement of property is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT the easement to said tract of land tendered by Ingraham Family Limited Partnership be and the same is hereby in all things accepted.
