WHEREAS, the owners listed below have agreed to convey the drainage
easements as shown below and on Exhibit "A" attached:
1. Seven and one-half foot (7.5') easement [for a distance of 120 feet] out of
and a part of Lot 27, Block15 of Calder Place
Address: 590 24th Street
Owners: Andrew R. Hemmings and Lisa K. Hemmings
2. Seven and one-half foot (7.5') easement [for a distance of 120 feet] out of
and a part of Lot 26, Block15 of Calder Place
Address: 580 24th Street
Owners: Joseph Frank Delage, Jr. and Patsy Lou Delage
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the donation of said easements and
is of the opinion that the acceptance of said easements are necessary and desirable and
that same should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the drainage easements donated by the owners shown above be and are hereby
accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 18th day of May,
2004.
