BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract in the amount of
$32,400 between the City of Beaumont and the Beaumont Community Housing
Development Organization (BCHDO) to purchase property for the construction of six (6)
new homes at 2378 Goliad,2398 Goliad,3674 Edmonds, 3680 Edmonds, and Lots 10 and
11 on Nelkin Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of April,
2004.
