RESOLUTION NO. —4,13
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2) fourteen (14) cubic yard
dump trucks for use by the Street and Drainage Division; and,
WHEREAS,Atterbery Truck Sales submitted a bid in the amount of$62,350.54 each;
and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Atterbery Truck
Sales should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Atterbery Truck Sales for the purchase of two (2) fourteen (14)
cubic yard dump trucks for use by the Street and Drainage Division in the amount of
$62,350.54 each be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
