BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Jeff Munro Agency, an agent for American Home Assurance Insurance
Company, to provide excess workers' compensation insurance for the City's self-insured
workers' compensation program effective October 1, 1995 with the option to renew for two
(2) additional years.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
