BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a one (1) year
contract with Southern Risk Specialists, Inc. to provide stop loss insurance for the City's
medical insurance program with an option to renew for one (1) additional year.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the day of
1995.
