RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to file a grant application and
execute a grant agreement with the Federal Transit Administration to partially fund the
operation of the Beaumont Municipal Transit from October 1, 1995 through September 30,
1996 and for captial assistance in the purchase of a replacement tow truck service vehicle.
