RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation desires to quitclaim its interest
in a one (1) acre easement located at State Highway 105 in the Lower Neches Valley
Authority canal in the W. B. Dyches Survey, Abstract 17; and,
WHEREAS, the State requests that the City pass a Resolution declaring it has no
objection to such Quitclaim Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
THAT the City of Beaumont has no objection that the Texas Department of Transportation
execute a Quitclaim Deed to a materials easement located in the W. B. Dyches Survey,
Abstract 17 to the appropriate fee owners of the property.
